Gauchos (traditional Brazilian meat carvers) roam throughout the restaurant, and serve you tableside, with 10 selections of deliciously seasoned cuts of meat, including beef, chicken, lamb, pork, and sausage – all grilled over an open flame and slowly spin roasted to delicious perfection! The gauchos will immediately serve you with as many, or ALL of the meats you desire. Let us know if you prefer medium rare, medium or well-done. We cut thin for tenderness and flavor.
Each guest uses a two-sided disk to control the pace of their meal. The green side signals the Gaucho chefs to bring out skewers of sizzling fire-roasted meats to carve at the table. The red side indicates a stopping point. Turning back to green lets the Gaucho chefs know to start offering the meats again. To further enhance your dining experience, traditional side dishes of warm cheese bread, fried bananas, and seasoned mashed potatoes are automatically brought to each table and replenished throughout the meal. The restaurant’s extensive wine list, traditional Brazilian beverages, and a variety of decadent desserts complement the experience.
Leblon Churrascaria is a traditional Brazilian rodizio style steakhouse, serving unlimited amounts of only the finest cuts of meat. In our Rodizio-style service, customers do not order meat from a menu in the traditional manner, nor do they serve themselves meat from a buffet. Instead, the style is a blend of the two, where an assortment of mouth watering meats are brought to the table for picking and choosing.
